Minister Rijkaart (BZK) informeert de Tweede Kamer over de nieuw in te stellen specifieke uitkeringen en het voortzetten van bestaande specifieke uitkeringen. Daarnaast gaat hij in op de invulling van de 10 procent budgetkorting voor specifieke uitkeringen die behouden blijven.
